Antony Liu

Antony Liu graduated with his Ph.D. degree at the Johns Hopkins University and was in a five-year assignment detailed to the Office of Naval Research in Tokyo before his retirement from NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. A former Senior Scientist for international space projects and an author of three textbooks on satellite remote sensing and two Chinese science fiction novels, he is a Visiting Professor and often travels to Taiwan and China.
