David Metzger

David Metzger, a writer, lives with his wife, Christine, in Virginia. His published works include hundreds of lectures given while a practicing lawyer, numerous articles, and his book, While the Nation Slept: The Struggles of Innovative Small Businesses in the U.S. The inspiration for this children’s book came from the stories he used to tell his young son, Jonathan, at bedtime. It is hoped that the book fills a need for youth who desire to read and at the same time learn about the origins of our country. Patrick’s fictional adventures occur in the backdrop of historical reality.
