Janeil Pierre is a Financial Success Coach and the founder of Financial Independence Her Way. She uses her platform to empower women to pursue their dreams by kicking the paycheck to paycheck lifestyle to the curb in exchange for new money habits and a healthier money mindset. Her passion to educate her peers about the importance of financial independence was birthed while she was on active duty in the U.S. Army and upon retiring, she knew she needed to make financial literacy her new mission.
