Neelu Gibson

Neelu Gibson was born in India, grew up in London, UK and moved to the US almost 30 years ago. Neelu refers to herself as "Brindian”, to reflect her British-Indian heritage.

She currently serves as the Worldwide Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for a major Medical Device Company.

Neelu is also the Co-Founder and President of SeaglassRQA, a boutique consulting house, helping companies to bring innovative medical devices to patients globally. The company name reflects her love of the ocean.

During her 25+year tenure at multiple medical device companies including seven Johnson & Johnson Businesses, Neelu led, coached and mentored over 100+ associates and has been recognized for her leadership. Neelu is passionate about personal and professional development and continues to share her leadership experiences with veterans, entrepreneurs, students and industry groups.

Neelu is happily married to Robert, has a blended family of three young adults and loves living in California.
