Dean H. Taylor

Dr. Dean H. Taylor is Pastor of Ministry Development at Ballard Creek Church in Huxley, Iowa. Formerly he served as Chair of Pastoral Studies at Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa and has been in pastoral ministry for over 25 years. Dean desires to be a friend to men in ministry and encourage biblical church growth.

Dean's book The Thriving Church: The True Measure of Growth was published in 2019. Pathway to Pastoral Ministry: First Steps for Young Men was released August, 2024. The Healthy Pastor: Stewarding Your Personal Life for Long-Term Ministry is being published in 2025.

Dean and his wife Faith have four adult children and five grandchildren. He enjoys cycling, trout fishing, and beekeeping.
