MMEGA Publishing is a family business. The initials stand for Mom, Matthew (4 yrs.), Emma (8 yrs.), Grandpa and Alya (12 yrs.).

My original motivation was to use Kindle Direct Publishing as a unique way of teaching my grandchildren how to take their artistic and creative talents and create published books. It was also a unique opportunity to involve them in business and making money. All the money we make from this enterprise will go into an educational fund for each child.

As we have proceeded, other benefits have become apparent. Once each of the girls sold their first book, their confidence and self-esteem were positively affected. While we are now concentrating on low-content books, I see a day when they will be writing their own books.
