Gregory Gray

Gregory, a successful veteran of the corporate world, transitioned to being an entrepreneur, executive coach and business advisor in his early forties. His work was initially focused on leadership development, team building and culture. His work has expanded to include systems and processes, as it takes both people and processes to build a high-performance business. He also works in the area of strategic planning and analysis.

Through his experiences in buying, growing and selling small businesses, he has gained some incredible first hand experience. He regularly shares his knowledge and wisdom through programs, courses, podcasts and the written word. Along with being an author, he speaks, coaches and facilitates mastermind groups.

Gregory also offers life coaching, specifically for executives and business owners. He strongly believes mindset and discovering blind spots are a key to success in business and life. A successful business and a successful life go hand in hand.
