Chet Novicki

Author Chet Novicki is dedicated to giving his readers fun, fast-paced, exciting adventures, heavy on humor (especially snappy, witty dialogue). He was born in Laconia, NH, and has lived in California, North Carolina, Florida, Korea, Japan, and Honolulu, HI. Along the way he has had a variety of jobs, ranging from Chinese Mandarin linguist for the US government to truck driver to small-business owner. He is a two-time graduate of the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA (47-week courses in Mandarin Chinese and Arabic), and a graduate of the University of Hawaii. Many years of living in the Kapahulu area of Honolulu have given Chet an intense dislike of cold weather – he considers 83 degrees to be a “perfect” temperature and anything below 68 degrees to be “freezing.” Feel free to drop him a line at authorchet@gmail.com
