When I was two years old, my reading passion manifested as I read to my cat, dragging him out from under the bed so I could read Dr. Seuss to him, and discussed how I would enhance the story. At least once a year, I take an unplugged vacation to a cabin with a beautiful lake surrounded by pine trees and blueberry bushes where cell phone signals are almost non-existent. When I have free time, I likely have my nose in a book, a kitten on my lap, and a cup of coffee in my hand.
