Frank Hiri taught and practiced real estate among with well-known companies in Texas whereas simultaneously he taught as a substitute
teacher at high, middle and elementary schools. Previously, Frank worked as an acting, then assistant consul at the Imperial Consulate
General of Iran in Houston, Texas prior to the Islamic Revolution. He completed equivalent graduate courses in education and law to two
doctoral programs while holding a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a BA in Political Sciences. He then, received a high qualified teaching certificate in Social Studies. Frank is a self
motivated and an innovative thinker. He consistently pursues new challenges to stretch abilities, expand knowledge to bring a greater return.
