Stefanie Nici

Mix betrayal and heartbreak with toxic friends and family, and you have a Stefanie Nici novel.

Nici credits her desire to write fiction to being an only child living in a remote area, where there wasn't much to do but read, watch t.v, and play with her dolls. Stefanie believes this experience awakened an imagination that fueled her desire to create her own stories.

Over the years, her husband encouraged Stefanie to pursue her dreams. In 2019, she published her first novel, "The Smoke Tree." The appeal of the love interest between Tora and Matteo convinced Stefanie to write a follow-up.

In 2020, she released "The Smoke Tree: Broken Branches."

Active on social media and in writing groups, she noticed many writers seeking advice on how to market their books. This observation led Stefanie to believe it was important to share what she had learned, prompting her to create her first nonfiction work, "How To Find Readers For Your Book," to help other writers know that what works for her could also work for them.

Her third novel, The Wishing Stone, is a contemporary romance set on the beach in Montauk, Long Island.

To close out 2025, Stefanie wrote "The Indie," a story close to her heart, about the life and struggles of an independent author unsure of herself and her work. All of Stefanie's books and short stories are available through Kindle Unlimited.
