As Product Lead in Education Futures at Cambridge, Niall drives product strategy and innovation at the intersection of AI and education, developing technology solutions that prepare learners and educators for an AI-integrated future. He leads product discovery and development for digital learning tools, including AI-powered content creation platforms and intelligent learning assistants.

Niall supports the Cambridge-HP EdTech Fellowship Programme, guiding ministry officials and policymakers on AI integration in education whilst developing specialised training materials on AI in education for government officials, school leaders, and teachers. Additionally, as a member of the HP Futures Council on AI & Teachers, he contributes to strategies that help educators engage with AI tools and methodologies across diverse educational contexts, enhancing both teacher productivity and professional development.
