Ray Colby

As A retired commercial and documenter photographer of over 35 years, with film and digital experience, I created this book from traveling all over the U.S. including urban creatures in the Minneapolis area. This is a collection of 15 years of my best images of being at the right place and time, of encounters with creatures. You will witness mammals, birds, reptiles/amphibians, insects/arachnids, and a chapter on insects preserved in amber thousands of years old. You will also on occasion witness rare sightings of some wildlife in their environment. Growing up and still living in Minnesota, I still travel and stay active and creative.
