As of now "Rise of the Fay" is my first Self Published novel. I am a very small author who is fairly new to this entire world of Amazon books. I have always written stories in the past and have never completed them...until now. During this year, I have written and worked on "Rise of the Fay" aside from my full-time job. I have always wanted to read a story where the main character was thrown into a fight or flight situation. Within "Rise of the Fay" Alec Everly is the product of what I imagined. A character who could be beautiful and just as much of a threat as those whom we see in our favorite books and films. I craved an LGBT character who was constantly underestimated because of his sexuality. However, one who will still overcome and rise above those who degrade him! A character that I feel our community lacks to have in books and films. Being that this is my first novel, I will agree that my writing style may not be traditional. And I will also agree that "Rise of the Fay" may have many mistakes or run-on sentences. Nonetheless, it is still a very good read overall. If you are one to nitpick at grammar and spelling, this book may not be for you. The book is completely raw! All the editing and proofreading was done by family and friends whom I value very much!
If you have not gotten your hands on the novel yet I can't wait until you do. "Rise of the Fay" will definitely NOT be ending here. And for those of you who have read and enjoyed the book, I am happy to have you apart of this experience and cannot wait for you to see what's going to happen next! Thank you for reading ^_^
