There is hope!
I have been blessed to live an amazing life. I was born and raised in Akron Ohio, moving later to Decatur IL, on the Springfield MO and finally to Greenville, TX… each time to serve a Church. It was here in Greenville that I completed a 35 year ministry career as well as a parallel career in Law Enforcement including a 2-year role as Chief Deputy for our East Texas County.
Trained as a classical pianist, I surrendered to full time Christian work at a young age. In addition to serving several Churches, I have also travelled full time with a music group and as a soloist, produced multiple audio and video recording projects and even produced a Gospel Music show in Branson Missouri.
In March of 2016 I resigned my church after 21 years of ministry at that location and along with my wife Shaunda, set out on THE GREATER JOURNEY to share an unbelievable story of hope. Our ministry only builds on the spirit of hope that we experienced after losing our adult son Matt to cancer. Matt’s unwavering faith in Christ is almost indescribable. It was through his death that I learned to see my life in a much different and deeper way. And it was through this experience that I began to write and travel.
There is hope! You can worship God in the midst of life’s difficulties.
