Dr. Tom Davis

In 1994, Dr. Tom Davis MD FAAFP, fresh out of residency, hung up his shingle in a small town in rural Missouri.

There he cared for thousands of patients every year. He cared for them in the office. He cared for them in the hospital. And he cared for them over the phone. He even did house-calls!

Dr. Tom, as he came to be called, cared for people with all different kinds of insurance---Platinum, Gold, Bronze, or even none. Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage---he took them all.

In fact, he and his partners worked through the very first Medicare Advantage contract in the country.

His expertise is broad as well as deep. Throughout his 30-year career, he has served as a plain old doctor, an administrator, an owner, an employee, an instructor, and even as an insurer.

Healthcare has changed, and because of all his experiences, Dr. Davis has a unique insight into the past and the future of the healthcare world.
