Catherine Toth Fox

Born and raised on Oʻahu, Catherine Toth Fox is an award-winning journalist and writer who has more than two decades of experience. She has worked fas a newspaper reporter, magazine editor and freelance writer. In addition to KAI GOES TO THE FARMERS MARKET IN HAWAIʻI, Catherine has written for a variety of national publications including Outside, Alaska Airlines Magazine, Forbes Travel Guide, Fodor’s Travel Guide and AOL Travel. She is currently the editor of HAWAIʻI Magazine, a Honolulu-based travel publication, and was the former food editor at HONOLULU Magazine. She currently lives in Honolulu with her aquaculture husband, rambunctious son, three dogs and an extensive collection of surfboards.
