Allison Holzer

Allison Holzer is an entrepreneur, executive coach and author with a passion for challenging

leaders to leverage the power of their emotions to achieve success. She designs evidence-based

experiences and tools for people to gain powerful insights that drive their growth and success,

both individually and collectively within organizations. Allison helped crack the code on how to

coach emotional intelligence while working with RULER and the Health, Emotion, and Behavior

Laboratory (now the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence), founded by Peter Salovey,

president of Yale and one of the pioneers who coined the term "emotional intelligence". As cofounder and chief innovation officer, Holzer leads client experience (i.e., delivery, executive
