Gresha Williams is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina. She has progressed through a series of corporate positions despite the challenges that she has faced throughout her life. Gresha is currently the Director of Supply Chain Operations for a leading healthcare company in the Southeast. She manages daily supply chain operations for multiple procedure areas in fourteen medical centers.
Gresha received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from Pfeiffer University.
Gresha serves as a Diversity and Inclusion facilitator for her current employer. In this role she facilitates difficult conversations with team members to create and sustain change that fosters a more creative, inclusive, respectful, and creative workplace. She holds two certifications: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and Certified Materials Resource Professional (CMRP).
Pregnant at the age of sixteen, giving birth at the age of seventeen and having four children by the age of twenty-three, Gresha has beat society’s stereotype of a teenage mother. Her passion for writing is to inspire other teenage mothers who feel their dreams are deferred due to their circumstances.
