For more than 30 years, I have been a CPA working with some of the nation's top corporate executives, television personalities, as well as radio and TV stations performing accounting and tax services. I've traveled the country training more than 2,000 organization officers on their duties and responsibilities to their organizations, the IRS, and the Department of Labor. I always thought when I reach retirement, I would be writing, but this was not the kind of book.

After spending three weeks in the hospital and numerous doctor appointments, one of my doctors asked me to empower myself and learn about the medications I was taking, the doctors that performed procedures, and surgeries on me. I took his advice to heart and went back to gather all the information. Then I thought, where do I put it so I could get it whenever I needed it, and the paperback book was born. Now, I got it, and I am providing it for you. My Medical Healthcare Journal allows you to capture critical information everyone will need as they grow.
