Marilyn Love

Marilyn is an experienced business improvement, project and change management professional. She has a proven track record of delivering tangible change and financial benefit.

As an independent consultant, her specialist areas include designing and running Bespoke Training and workshops to kick start Improvement Initiatives, follow-up Coaching of project leads and Facilitation of large projects and programmes. She combines elements of Process Improvement, Change Management and Project Management to create successful change and works with businesses to help them carry out their transformation successfully. She leaves her clients with the skills required to independently deliver change within their teams.

Marilyn has extensive multi-cultural experience in training, coaching and change management. During a 20-year career in the pharmaceutical industry, she led to many business teams transforming processes in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT and Finance. These resulted in major improvements to operations and business processes. Her qualifications include MEng from Strathclyde University, MBA from the Open University and Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

Marilyn and her co-authors, have now published their book, 'The Success Equation: Three Core Principles that Power Business Improvement.' This simple and robust approach is a consolidation of decades of experience of why improvement projects go wrong and how to succeed. They are delighted to now be able to share their learnings and insights so that others can immediately hit the fast-track to success.
