Leo Cecchini

I am a native of Washington DC and graduate of the U. of Maryland. Following Peace Corps Volunteer experience in Ethiopia I entered the Foreign Service at the Department of State and was a career diplomat for 25 years serving on five continents and learning five foreign languages. I retired from State to be the head of a new Turkish-American joint venture in Turkey. From that initial entry into business I worked in a wide range of businesses on four continents. I have lived in 18 countries and visited most of the rest. My wife is also a retired American diplomat and we have two daughters.
