Jerry Piatt

Jerry Piatt grew up on the southern shore of Lake Erie but moved to the west coast before anyone could advise him against it. Through a series of questionable decisions, he found his way into the tech industry writing and supporting operating system software on mainframe computer systems. He possesses no fancy degrees and has received no awards stemming from his career but he does have a World's Greatest Dad trophy somewhere ... pretty sure.

After working for about a thousand years he finally retired at the end of 2018. Somewhere in the midst of all this, he met and married a writer - a good decision for a change. Until she convinced him to collaborate with her on a book: He Said, She Said Tesla Model 3 User's Guide. That makes him an author, not sure if it makes him a writer. In any event, he's currently living his best life in the Pacific Northwest with his lovely wife and two demanding felines.
