Debra Campbell is a descendant of the Menominee Indian tribe of Wisconsin. Her traditional name 'Keshinowahkiew' means 'the brightness of the sun and moon woman.' Her first book,
'One Lil Indian', is part of a planned series titled; 'The Adventures of Oli.' While the book is considered middle grade, we find adults love the story as well. Especially the tribal lessons interwoven in its pages.
Debbie as friends call her, loves to spend time in northern Wisconsin with her husband and family. You can find her on many a shoreline casting a fishing line to check to see what's biting.
