Message from Diana: Amazon has great tools for authors. I'm able to see who purchases the books and how many pages are read in the Kindle version. It helps me to spot false reviews easily. I can see what days and how many pages were read in the Kindle version, whether it is purchased or read via Kindle Unlimited. A big thank you to Amazon for making this easy for writers!
Diana Burkhardt Beideman is a life-long resident of Rochester, N.Y., and a graduate of Irondequoit High School, class of 1993. She is the mother of one adult son, and resides with her twin flame, Warren Motter, who assisted with the construction of Diana's premier novel Twin Flames United.
Since 2014, Diana has been working with adults who have developmental disabilities. Before that, she was an emergency medical technician, and has also worked as a dental assistant. Diana enjoyed her years as a hospice and animal shelter volunteer from 2010-2012.
The only award that Diana has received for her writing (so far!) was in 1993 as Writer of the Month for her poem "The Butterfly" in high school.
Diana asked a friend for ideas about 'interesting personal tidbits' because she said, "I'm not that interesting." One of Diana's passions is being outside and communing with nature. Diana is a nemophilist, which simply means she loves the woods and forests. Diana feels at home in the local parks, walking in tree-filled areas while communing with the natural world. Random facts about the author: She loves horror movies, reality TV, and football (Let's go Buffalo! Green Bay! Steelers!). She is deeply spiritual, though she is not religious. Diana prefers to follow her own path and you can read about her spiritual experiences in her premier novel, Twin Flames United, (fiction, yes, with some of Diana's personal spiritual experiences included). Diana is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ and polyamorous communities and hopes to live in a large house with wonderful members of her spirit tribe someday.
Diana loves older music and listens to Elton John, The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, Eric Clapton and more. (By the way, the movie Rocketman is fabulous!) She is a hippie at heart and loves music from the Woodstock era.
Diana has a fantastic sense of humor and enjoys being silly with friends and family. Once a shy child, Diana has blossomed into a very outgoing woman. She loves talking to anyone she meets and is always willing to help people.
