Niels Eichhorn

NIELS EICHHORN is a history writer in Southeastern New Mexico. He holds a Ph.D. in History from the University of Arkansas. He is interested in international aspects of the Civil War, including diplomacy. He has published articles on Civil War diplomacy in Civil War History and American Nineteenth Century History.
