I really hate talking in third person to describe myself. I feel it's quite impersonal and I would rather avoid that. For a biography, I have little to tell about my writing career, mainly because this is just the beginning. The most I can offer is my love of the artform. There is true magic in words and we leave too many of them caught in our throats.
I am very excited to offer stories to you (providing you're willing to read them), many of which I have strung in my head as I write this; hung in the Lightroom of my mind, waiting to have the film (the story) finally exposed. I think this is one of the true artforms that is able and willing to challenge our personal conventions and help cultivate what it is to be alive.
I want my readers to be apart of my work, and am always looking for ways to flip my own perspectives. A box is flat if you only stare at one side. If I am not challenging you or myself as a writer, I am not doing my job (at least in the goals I have set for myself). I hope this at least gives you a bit of insight into who I am and what I would like to do for you, Reader.
I appreciate the time you have given me, and truly hope that I provide you with some sort of value, even if it's just letting you know that you are not alone.
