Josephine Pohl

This is the first book I have co-authored and published. There are two additional books that have been copywritten but not yet published. I am married for 51 years to my best friend, have three wonderful loving children and three amazing grandsons. I also rescued my first dog about 7 years ago - her name is Berkeley. She has helped me on my journey. I have worked for the past 31 years in social services, child protection and mental health. It was very important to write this first book "Sam's Great Mission Tell It Till It's Told" because I held my secret of child sexual abuse in my heart for many decades.

The opportunity to be part of this book has helped me to heal. Now, I can offer the opportunity to teach young readers how to be resilient and how to keep on telling until someone will listen to their secret. I wish I had this book as a child!
