Catherine has owned and operated multiple successful retreat venues, planning over one thousand retreats and events for clients, and winning multiple awards for her excellence in hospitality and event management.

She is the publisher of RetreatBoss® Magazine and creator of the Mastering Retreats® Certification, the only ICF-accredited program for retreat leadership.

A cancer survivor and former counselor specializing in mental health and addictions, Catherine brings depth, resilience, and a global perspective, having traveled to over 100 cities worldwide.
