Donald Charbonnet

Mr. Charbonnet spent 45 years in the construction equipment rental industry running and growing various rental companies. He also spent almost 5 years in the energy pipleline maintenance, industrial blasting and painting and fabrication industry as a COO and CEO. He is currently the founder of the weekly radio / podcast and host of the weekly "RentalEquip Talk Radio" Show on VoiceAmerica.com/ Business. This is his first book entitleed “Screw You! The Comeback is Always Stronger Than the Setback", that recounts his career. Mr. Charbonnet, a New Orleans executive and veteran of the equipment rental industry takes us on a career that has not only it’s ups and downs, but what starts as a simple family business started by his father feeling he’s set for life. It goes on to include horrific accidents, death, drugs, prison, sexual harassment, back stabbing, theft of services, broken promises, bankruptcies, divorce, career changes, rapid growth, setbacks, come backs, volunteerism, good venture capital, bad venture capital and much more. He is also a business consultant to the rental industry and specializes in operations as well as representing buyers and sellers in that industry.

He is one of eight children and the only one who followed in his fathers footsteps in the rental industry. He is married to his wife Jamie and has 4 grown children.
