The supernatural had the allure of forbidden fruit ever since I was a boy, and my mother refused to allow me to watch creature features on late-night TV. She caved-in. (Well, not literally.)
As a child, fresh snow provided the opportunity to walk out onto neighbors' lawns halfway and make paw prints with my fingers as far as I could stretch. I would retrace the paw and boot prints, then fetch the neighbor kids and point out that someone turned into a werewolf on this lawn! (They were skeptical.)
I have pursued many interests over the years, but the supernatural has always called to me. You could say I was haunted. Finally, following the siren's call, I began writing the Eidola Project Series, about 19th-century ghost hunters who become ensnared in deadly investigations of the supernatural. There are four novels so far in the series: The Eidola Project (FREE!), Moonlight Becomes You, Totem of Terror, and A Lady in Pieces. The series has won many awards, including "Best Horror Series" in the Paranormal Romance Guild's Reviewer's Choice Awards.
I also write The Seattle Coven Tales for the Friday the 13th series of weird and frightening novelettes. I have nine titles out so far. Witch Ever Way You Go (ALSO FREE!) is the first. It's set in Seattle and is about a murderous coven of modern witches. Other titles include, The Devil Sheds a Tear, The Devil's Dregs, Spoiled Milk, and Merry and Bright--A Very Krampus Christmas, Devil Redux, Wee Willie Winkie, The Devil's Boardwalk, and Cauldron of Contempt. All of these can be read as a sequence, or on their own. Coming Friday the 13th in November 2026: Fangs Alot.
Ultimately, I hope my work gives you the creeps—and I mean that in the best way possible!
