Her book From Darkness to Embracing the Light is mixed genre and includes memoir, prose, and poetry describing her experience and lessons learned from being in relationship with individuals with the personality disorder of narcissism, one of the Dark Triad of disorders. Her purpose is to bring hope to the millions who still suffer and to make them aware of healing practices that are not known by the general public as well as other practices for recovering emotionally, spiritually, and psychologically. By using the practices detailed here, many will be helped to heal from trauma, depression, anxiety, and acute stress that resulted from narcissistic relationships.

The just released book Living in Light: Spiritual Practices for Body, Mind and Spirit in a Post-Pandemic World details nine simple and practical spiritual healing practices which are not only helpful for recovery from the mental health effects of the current global health crisis, but are also focused on the life-long goal of staying well mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally despite the ever-present challenges of grief and loss. The scientific benefits of each technique, and how they helped me during the pandemic and after will be highlighted. Each chapter will have exercises that worked for me in overcoming loss and acute stress from the effects of COVID-19. They are useful to anyone wishing to enhance happiness, feelings of peace, and a sense of well-being, and for any future global health crises.
