Lachlan Heasman

Lachlan Heasman has worked in the Australian software industry for over twenty years — moving across retail and online banking, insurance, telecoms, media, retail, legal and government. Lachlan started his Agile journey with Scrum nearly fifteen years ago. He has since worked in delivery, and on several major and numerous small Agile change programs in Australia. Lachlan uses his experiences in his training sessions to give everyone some real examples of the successes and challenges that come with Agile.

Lachlan’s curiosity into why Agile works has led him to complete many certifications and years of university study. He is now on the long road to a PhD in the field of Shared Leadership. In his spare time, he helps out with Agile Australia.
