Matthew Nickerson

Matthew Nickerson worked in Special Education for over 20 years. After taking, and then teaching, a graduate course in Universal Design for Learning, he began to see the power of technology, first as a means to accommodate, then as a the means to accomplish individualized instruction, and finally as a means to transform the entire learning process. He now works full-time, year-round conducting professional development in Instructional Technology for his school district. He also travels the country and trains educators in both Microsoft and Nearpod in school districts and at conferences, including FETC, NCCE and CUE.
