Phillip Gordon

Phillip Gordon was born in Memphis, Tennessee, and grew up in nearby Jackson. A proud West Tennessean, he holds degrees from the University of Tennessee-Martin (BA, 2005) and the University of Mississippi (MA, 2008; PhD, 2013). After spending nearly a decade in Wisconsin teaching LGBTQ+ studies courses, he currently lives in his beloved Mid-south where he works with LGBTQ+ students and teaches gender studies and LGBTQ+ studies.
