Gregory Allen Mendell

Gregory Allen Mendell has a PhD in physics, specializing in relativistic astrophysics. Besides splitting his time between various data and computing groups, he was fortunate to work with colleagues on many amazing gravitational-wave discoveries, including the first detection of these waves from a binary black hole merger. He has published a number of well-known research papers, taught, and worked in several countries. When writing science fiction, he explores human relationships and key mysteries about the future in stories filled with science and the search for love and hope. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family somewhere in the multiverse.
