Rosa Smith was born in El Salvador, the smallest country in Central America which is known as the Land of Volcanoes (for its volcanic activities and frequent earthquakes). It's also the only country in Central America that doesn't have coastline on the Caribbean Sea.
She has resided in Texas for over 35 years, been married/divorced, and raised three [beautiful] daughters —all successful in their own right.
Rosa has worked in the medical field for more than 26 years. She absolutely loves it, as she’s always had a passion for helping people.
Long before her career, at about 14 years old, Rosa started writing short stories and poems as a hobby. It was her favorite pastime; she never intended to publish anything.
After introducing her children to her work, specifically the story of Leo and Fancy, they all encouraged her to share it with the world!
The story shared the lessons they learned from their mother, Rosa, growing up: to be kind, understanding, and able to adapt to all that is unpredictable in life.
When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family/friends and continues to write. Rosa also enjoys helping others so much (even outside of work), she makes time to volunteer in medical and healthcare fairs.
Though she can come across as a shy person, Rosa is an incredibly creative woman with a great sense of humor.
And her heart and kindness are all expressed in her writing.
