I am passionate about sharing messages of hope with people who have been told - or for some reason believe - that their circumstances are hopeless. Hopelessness is a lie; it's a trick of the enemy. Our true hope is found in Jesus Christ, and that hope serves to anchor our souls in even the most difficult of life's circumstances. That true hope pulled me out of the depths of depression, suicidality and self-harm. And because of that hope I now serve as an ambassador for Christ to the world and an ambassador for wellness and recovery in the public mental health system. My writing is just one of the ways I minister hope to a hurting world.
