Alyssa Wiegand

Alyssa Wiegand loves to make delicious food for people and teach others how to do the same. That has taken many different forms throughout her life beyond food writing and blogging such as:

-throwing epic dinner parties, including her first formal al fresco dinner party in high school (prom dresses required).

-being immortalized in a popular Japanese women's fashion magazine as an anime character feeding Venezuelan arepas to the denizens of Tokyo.

-teaching cooking classes on two different continents.

-starting a frozen food delivery service.

She lives in California with her very supportive husband, a spicy baby girl, and a cat that thinks she's a human.
