I'm a Lover of God, a lover of people and a lover words. This describes me in a nutshell.

I love to help people set goals and accomplish them. I believe some of the best people in life are teachers, mentors, and coaches. I started writing as an avenue for helping others seek God's plan in their lives. I know what it's like to pull yourself up from nothing. It's a struggle but with hard work and a willingness to take the pain, we can make it. I know that God always has a plan and we can trust in him to make sense out of our lives.

On a professional note, I am a self-published author, goal-setting coach, and entrepreneur. I hold a B.A. in Sociology from UCLA and an M.Div. in Evangelism and Discipleship from BIOLA University.

When I'm not busy working, I am a mother of three beautiful children and a wife. I enjoy singing, traveling and writing (of course!).
