Christine Menges

Christine Menges is Director Career Center, MBA Programs, at WHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management, one of Germany’s top business schools according to major national and international rankings. She is passionate about helping others to learn and grow in order to realize their potential to achieve the goals and dreams they hold for themselves and for their organizations.

Dr. Menges has crafted WHU’s career counseling approach and placement strategy for students with work experience, including Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA students and WHU’s full- and part-time MBA students. She forges networks with industry leaders in order to advise students in their career progression and transition to new employment opportunities. Dr. Menges has presented her unique approach at major conferences and has held workshops with leading personnel companies.

She has over 10 years of work experience in the higher education sector, both as a researcher, teacher, and department head at universities in Switzerland and the United Kingdom, and as a consultant and trainer for private and public organizations. She holds a PhD in Management with a special focus on mentoring, from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. As an international student, she lived in countries across three continents – America, Asia, and Europe.

Rooted in the beautiful surroundings of Germany’s most southern Alpine region, the Allgäu, she is a dedicated skier, mountain climber, and outdoor enthusiast. Today she shares the wonders of this world with her husband and her three children.
