Dr. Charles Ensminger is a pastor, writer, and teacher who serves in the Holston Conference of the United Methodist Church. A pastor of 22 years, Ensminger has served in a variety of parish settings and has worked with a number of pastors to develop their understanding of ministry, theology, and what it is to serve a local church.
Dr. Ensminger (D.Min) also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Religion at Tennessee Wesleyan University in Athens, Tennessee where he has taught, among other things, Introduction to the Bible, Jesus and the Gospels, Paul and his Writings, and Discipleship and Film.
His books are: "Crafting the Sermon: A Beginner's Guide to Preaching" "Saturday Faith" and "From Advent to Ascension: A Journey with the Christ."
