Far too many years ago a High School English teacher encouraged me to continue writing. Life became busier, the writing was pushed to one side and all but forgotten for years.

After being injured at work I found myself awake at night thinking all the wrong thoughts. To chase these out of my head I started to write my first novel in my head. After a couple of aborted starts, I persisted and Operation Falcon Watch is the result of these efforts.

While loosely based on several personalities I have had the opportunity to meet, all the characters, events and locations are a work of fiction or literary license. While writing this volume the storyline for subsequent books involving Gordon McPherson has been found. I look forward to writing them for you in the near future.

Operation Falcon Watch is dedicated to Nancy Robichaud, a teacher that encouraged her students to explore their creativity.
