Daughter of a Southern Baptist pastor, she grew up in Kentucky's bluegrass region with a love for southern hospitality, quiet country living, and barbeque. She currently lives an empty-nester life in southeastern Pennsylvania with her husband, Bobby, and their two Cavalier Spaniels. Her faith in God draws her to write about believable, fictional characters who encounter everyday joys and struggles.
