Chris Rothaug

My name is Chris Rothaug, born in Saxony in 1967. I am married and mother of 3 children. As a skilled nurse and lecturer in nursing, I have many years of experience in nursing care and training. I probably inherited the desire to write from my grandmother, who even then, shortly after the war, wrote a few children's books. As a child, however, I was only in the field of short stories and now and then participated in smaller writing competitions. But through work and parenting I must first put this hobby on ice. After the birth of my third child, who was born with a disability, my hobby flared up again in me. The writing helped me to deal better with the disability of my son. Both books tell about my son. Child-friendly, the smaller and larger handicaps are processed in exciting stories. In several readings in front of a 2nd and 4th class of a primary school, I could already provide with my books enthusiasm. Another book in this series is in planning ... in what then, the exciting time of puberty slightly ironic and with humor the magnifying glass is taken.
