Steve co-founded The TBS Group (DBA TBS Travel) in 2006 following a success corporate career in Fortune 10 companies. He leads this team in all sales & marketing efforts to serve worldwide clients. Steve holds the distinguished Elite Cruise Counsellor (ECC) accreditation PLUS the Luxury Cruise Specialist (LCS) designation awarded by the Cruise Line International Association (CLIA) demonstrating his proficiency in knowledge and experience as a specialist in the cruise line industry. He is also certified as a Special Needs Group Accessible Advocate. Additionally, Steve has extensive personal cruise experience with more than one hundred and forty cruises across all three industry tiers: Mainstream/Mass Market, Premium and Luxury. He has also sailed on eighteen different cruise lines and on over eighty different cruise liners.

Steve’s travels include Asia, Eastern, Western and Southern Caribbean, Eastern and Western Mediterranean, Northern Europe, full Panama Canal transit, Mexican Riviera, Canada & New England, Bermuda, Bahamas, Transpacific & Transatlantic and Alaska. He has visited 65 different countries and too many ports to count so that he has first-hand experience in helping his clients choose the right cruise.
