Ravi Kumar is a strategic communicator, celebrated poet, and storyteller whose work bridges journalism, corporate branding, and creative writing. With over two decades of experience, he currently leads external communications at one of India’s top life insurers and is widely regarded as an industry stalwart known for crafting narratives that inspire trust and transformation.

He began his career in broadcast journalism, spending nearly a decade with India’s leading news networks before transitioning to corporate leadership. His creative and strategic contributions have earned him several accolades, including Asia’s Top 100 Power Leaders in Corporate Communications, IPRCCA’s Corp Comm Professional of the Year, and exchange4media's 40 Under 40.

Ravi first made his literary debut with Kaagaz Ke Mahal—a bestselling collection of Hindi-Urdu poetry that introduced his evocative, heartfelt style to a wide audience and became the first in a planned trilogy across different poetic genres. His unique voice and soulful narration have earned him admiration across poetry circuits in India.

He now ventures into the world of fiction with The Kaliyuga Secret, a gripping mythological thriller that blends Vedic wisdom with modern-day storytelling, offering readers an immersive experience that spans millennia.

A lifelong learner, Ravi holds an Honours degree in English Literature from the prestigious Kirori Mal College, Delhi University, along with a diploma in TV Journalism, and an Executive Management Program in Strategic Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. A trained Hindustani classical vocalist, he has also performed for over 14 years on reputed cultural platforms across India.
