Marilyn Howard

Marilyn Howard broke through a glass ceiling at Grey Advertising in New York City before launching an innovative startup in 1970 at age 27. Creative Freelancers Inc. was the first agency to connect business with freelance artists and writers. It thrived for over 25 years in the center of Manhattan, while she raised a family, fought a big lawsuit, and socialized in mansions at the beach It became the first agency on the internet in 1997. She holds a BFA from Syracuse University.
