He figures that if you can’t help somebody directly, you can still help them indirectly, and that's the approach he likes to take when it comes to real estate. If he and his team can help directly, that’s awesome; however, anybody who gives him a call gets a fair answer. Duy doesn’t pretend to know everything, but it sometimes feels like he knows everyone; if he can’t answer a question himself, he’ll put you in touch with people who can.

Duy is a “local.” He was born and raised in Winter Haven, Florida; he loves it there, he’s raising his family there, and he’s got no plans to move anyplace else. Duy has founded a number of successful local businesses, and it's been his joy and pleasure to serve all their customers. He is particularly proud of the real estate business and its wonderful team of hard-working local people.
