Mark graduated from an American public school system, attended a Military College and earned an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts. He then attended a State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Applied Mathematics, and served over 30 years in the U.S. Military in various Command and Staff positions. While on active duty service, Mark earned a Masters Degree in Strategic Studies. He retired from military service and currently works as a Government contractor.
Mark’s life experiences, riddled with thought and wonder about the world we live in and the universe around us, gave him the background and insights to develop the unified theory. Carl Sagan “Cosmos” series and his book by the same name inspired Mark as a young man with the desire to learn more about science, physics, and the universe (Sagan, Cosmos TV Series, 1980). Shows like Star Trek (Roddenberry, 1966-1969) and Star Wars (Lucas G. , 1977) opened a world of imagination about space and the universe. From time to time, Mark watched television shows about physics, science, astronomy, and the universe, shows like “How the Universe works (Abbas, 2010),” “The Universe (Thompson, 2007),” “Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey (Tyson, Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey, 2014),” “Extreme Universe (Blumenstein, 2010),” and the movie “The Theory of Everything (Marsh, 2014)“ to name a few. Books like "Contact" by Carl Sagan 1985 (Sagan, Contact, 1985) and the "Dune" Trilogy by Frank Herbert 1979 (Herbert, 1979), and many others also opened a world of possibilities. Arthur C. Clarke words echo in Mark’s mind from time to time, he said “Two possibilities exist: either we are alone in the Universe or we are not. Both are equally terrifying.” The possibilities he had in mind are that of survival of the species. Every now and then, he questioned the reasoning presented in these shows and movies, and developed his own thoughts and hypothesis, which paved the way to the unified theory. The dream of solving the inexplicable part of our universe never stopped.
After military retirement, Mark returned to his life dream and interests in Astronomy, Physics, and Cosmology, knowing very well that science can never disprove the Creator, whom established everything in the universe to include the physical laws scientist's discover and naively try to emulate in mathematical equations. Genesis is not meant to be a science book, it points us to the awesome power and love of God, in the creation of the solar system. Clearly, Theology is the highest of all sciences, for without the Creator's manifested love, no other physical or metaphysical science can by envisioned and developed by mankind. The reason it is called "hard science" is because humankind's feeble knowledge of how things actually work is nothing compared to that of the Creator's. Thank God for making it so.
In early January 2015, he had a vision, one with a potential solution to one of the most baffling elements cosmologists have been trying to find of our universe, “Dark Matter” and “Dark Energy” and why our universe is perceived as expanding. The dream alluded to the possibility that there are two parts to our universe, the visible and the invisible, separated in time. Mark’s extensive research has led him to write and published this trilogy book, a journey that has taken him seven years to complete. He spent countless hours learning and relearning the necessary material and techniques, and developed the hypothesis and theory presented in these science books solely for the benefit of scientific advancement. The clues that support his new theory are commonly known and recorded by science; it is just a matter of reading these observation data in a slightly different way, The Cosmological Balance Universe Theory!
I recently attended two events in December 2019 and February 2020:
1. The Day We Found the Universe: During the question and answer session, I asked and spoke about dark matter and the composition of space.

2. The NSF 70th Anniversary Symposium, at video time 5:03:05, I forgot to say my name is Mark Calvo: There I introduced the concept of White Holes at the end of the "Science Breakthroughs" session to Dr. Sheperd Doeleman (who imaged black hole) and Dr. Nergis Mavalvala (who witnessed LIGO signal from merging black holes).
